Where Do you Ship
We ship to most states within the United States. Applicable states where we ship to will be displayed on checkout. Currently, we do not ship to any countries outside of the United States.
How Do I Track My Order
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages at our warehouse generally on the same business day, and will appear on our website along with your order information on the next business day. Tracking information can be found under 'My Account' if you've registered for an account or under 'Track Your Package' at the top of our website. It is possible that it may take up to 24 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. This basically means that even though your package has left our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours or more.
Our main carrier, UPS, offers multiple shipping methods including: UPS Red (Next Business Day), UPS Blue (2 Business Days), UPS Orange (3 Business Days), and UPS Ground (Depending on location, 1-5 Business Days)
The method that you choose determines how quickly your item will arrive. In rare instances, UPS delays a shipment which is out of our control. Dependent on your shipping method, the price of shipping will increase based on how fast you want your shipment.
