How Do I Track My Order

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages at our warehouse generally on the same business day, and will appear on our website along with your order information on the next business day. Tracking information can be found under 'My Account' if you've registered for an account or under 'Track Your Package' at the top of our website. It is possible that it may take up to 24 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. This basically means that even though your package has left our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours or more.

Shipping Information

Our main carrier, UPS, offers multiple shipping methods including: UPS Red (Next Business Day), UPS Blue (2 Business Days), UPS Orange (3 Business Days), and UPS Ground (Depending on location, 1-5 Business Days)

We also offer USPS for lightweight products and trucking options for heavy and overweight products.

The method that you choose determines how quickly your item will arrive. In rare instances, UPS/USPS delays a shipment which is out of our control. Dependent on your shipping method, the price of shipping will increase based on how fast you want your shipment. Note that USPS is not a time guaranteed service. If you need a time guaranteed service, please use UPS.

Shipping Internationally

Currently, our online store offers shipping internationally to Canada. For other countries, you may call in to place the order. Note that depending on the country, we may not be able to accept or ship the product. There may be additional custom fees associated when shipping internationally. Those fees are not handled by PI Manufacturing.

Why Hasn't My Order Shipped

The reason why your order has not shipped yet may be the following reasons:

  • Your credit card was declined – In this case, please contact us at 909-598-3718 to verify your credit card information.
  • You indicated a shipping address to a P.O. Box – UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box’s. We may have tried to get a hold of you, but could not reach you.
  • There was a shipping cost discrepancy – We have contacted you via phone or email but have not received a response from you. In order to process you order, we need you to verify that you agree with the shipping cost.
  • An item you ordered is out of stock – In this instance, we contacted you to ask if you would like to substitute another item or color. We put your order on hold to await your confirmation.
