Returns Policy and Procedure

PI Manufacturing stands by its products and understands that sometimes you don't receive what you expect. If you would like to return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

How to Request a RMA

To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request a RMA, please follow the procedures below. Any merchandise return without a RMA number will be returned.

  • Submit the RMA online using our interactive form. Generating a RMA number is faster through this option. The other option is to download the PDF form and fax it in to 909.598.1430.
  • Orders eligible for return will be processed and reviewed by our RMA department.
  • RMA numbers will be voided if defective merchandise has not been received by PI within 14 days after a RMA number is issued.
  • Walk-in returns without pre-issued RMA numbers will only be served on the same day you purchased the product.

Our Return Procedure

You may return a product for refund within 30 days of the order shipment date. PI Manufacturing is not responsible for the return shipping of your order. Your return request may require you to return the item(s) at your own expense.
  • The original packaging (All accessories, manuals, software, etc. Improper packaging may void warranty).
  • RMA number clearly marked on mailing label and shipping containers.

Processing

Once the returns have been received, you can expect a refund onto your original payment method within 2 weeks or less.
