HDMI Cable TesterWhen needing to test a HDMI cable in its entirety, nothing beats the PI Manufacturing PITS-PR19. The PITS-PR19 is one of the most advanced HDMI cable testers in the market. Unlike other HDMI cable testers that only show a "pass" or "fail" and only tests for open wiring faults, our tester will test HDMI cables on both ends and verifies the integrity of the pin configuration and the internal wires that go along with it. The tester supports auto scanning for testing all wires quickly and efficiently and manual testing for individual wires. If there is a wiring fault, the tester will identify it as open, short, or reverse. Each TMDS channel (positive wire, negative wire, shield wire, CEC, SCL, SDA, +5V, and the HPD) is tested to ensure the integrity of the cable. It also allows you to perform loopback tests on uninstalled cables and remote tests on installed cables. The PITS-PR19 also tests for DVI cables by using a HDMI male to DVI female adapter (e.g. HDMI-DVI24-MF). For installers looking to verify their HDMI or DVI cables with more accuracy, our HDMI cable tester is the essential tool. Features
