Butt Splice Heat Shrink with Solder Ring
For installers and DIY users looking for an efficient and simple means to make soldered splices, our heat shrink butt splices are the solution. These butt splices feature a clear transparent heat shrink sleeve with a solder ring. The transparent sleeve provides precise placement of wires when inserted. The solder ring is included so that when heated, it melts and molds to provide a solid barrier that is stronger than conventional butt splice heat shrinks. Rings of polyolefin hot melt adhesive lining also provide superior sealing and moisture protection for your connections. The end result is a spliced connection that is protected and waterproofed in one easy installation process.
Our crimp type butt splices come in 10 pieces a bag and can be used with different wire gauges. All of our heat shrink solutions are also TAA compliant.
