PI Manufacturing offers these LED handicap exit buttons on stainless steel wall plates that are manufactured at a variety of xwidth and length to fit the custom design that is desired. The LED handicap button function was made for long mechanical durability, and the terminals to connect the wiring of the button to the exit are of either the screw terminal or solder terminal.
