Rated at IP65, the Tide is water resistant and dustproof and can withstand water splashing from any direction. A carabiner clip is also included to attach the speaker to backpacks, bikes, etc. A built-in microphone allows you to wirelessly take calls and a 3.5mm line-in port is included in case you don't want to connect wirelessly via Bluetooth. A built-in rechargeable lithium ion battery provides up to 8 hours of playtime so you can bring it outdoors without needing to charge throughout the day. Control volume and playback either through your phone or through the buttons featured on the speaker. What a great product. Awesome sound, long battery life. I am going to buy another one of these for sure. Range is 33 feet which is plenty for me. And the greatest part of this is that it is water proof! I have not completey submerged it but did leave out in the rain one night by mistake and it still works fine.Excellent Bass
