2.4GHz Wireless Outdoor CPE (Point-to-Point)

The ANT-S300CPE is a 2.4GHz wireless outdoor CPE for long distance point-to-point wireless transmission up to 1km or 3281 feet. Supporting speeds up to 150Mbps, the wireless CPE uses an industrial Qualcomm chipset that delivers a more stable and efficient wireless communication.

Built-in high gain 8dBi dual polarized directional antennas provide greater wireless coverage.

Support for an external PA and LNA makes the ANT-S300CPE suitable for long distance transmission.

The use of solid capacitors provides a longer life for the wireless CPE. Designed for outdoor use, the enclosure also comes with 8KV lightning protection for protection against voltage peaks from lightning strikes.

Point-to-Point Setup

In a point-to-point setup, the master CPE is plugged into the internet while the slave CPE is connected to a computer, camera, or any other device. The maximum transmission distance is up to 1km (3281 feet).

Typical Application

Point-to-point mode is mainly used for long distance wireless bridging of two bridges and is also the most commonly used networking mode. The bridges in the same box are bridged by default when shipped from the factory. The following figure shows an example of the how to manually configure the bridge.
