This tutorial will show the assembly of the following:

Slide the metal sleeve onto the wire.
|
|
Strip about an inch from the wire.
|
|
It will look something like this.
|
|
Peel some of the foil.
|
|
Slide the long cylinder with the narrow side first onto the wire. Make sure the narrow side is first as shown.
|
|
It should look something like this.
|
|
Place the white cap onto the wire as shown.
|
|
Strip off about 1" of the tip, leaving bare wire.
|
|
Trim the bare wire to about 3.5mm, as shown.
|
|
Tin the bare wire.
|
|
Solder the gold tip to the bare wire.
|
|
Make sure not melt the white plastic.
|
|
Slide the connector onto the wire.
|
|
It should look something like this.
|
|
Crimp the connector with .213
|
|
Crimp the smaller end with .137
|
