Purchase Orders Terms and Conditions

Overview

Thank you for considering PI Manufacturing as your supplier for your complete fulfillment needs. PI Manufacturing welcomes all schools, governments, and corporate (distributors, installers, businesses) purchase orders. Please follow the requirements below for us to process your order in a timely and efficient manner.

Getting Started

In order to verify that you are a school, goverment or corporation you will need to submit documentation that verifies your authencity. This could be in the form of a resellers permit (if you are selling or providing services for our products) or any other form of proof. In order to get you started, please complete all the required forms and submit via online, fax (909-598-1430 / 09-598-4649) or by mail.

• If you are reselling or providing services with our products, a signed resellers form is required. Please include a resell certificate with the resellers form.
• If you are not reselling our products, please provide document of proof showing PI Manufacturing that you are a school, government or corporation.

Payment Methods

• If you require Net Terms, a signed credit application form and bank reference form are required (PI Manufacturing provides Net 15 and 30 terms)
• If you prefer paying by credit card, a signed credit card authorization form is required (PI Manufacturing only requires a credit card authorization form if the order is over $1,000 dollars).

How to Submit a Purchase Order

Purchase orders can be submitted via the following methods:

1. Online - Once your account has been created, you can submit orders online with the provided customer login information
2. Email - Every account is assigned an account representative to make sure orders are processed efficiently. You can either submit your purchase order through your assigned account representative or e-mail the PO to where it will be given to the proper account representative.
3. Fax - You can send your purchase order by fax to 909-598-1430 or 909-598-4649.
4. Phone - Verbal purchase orders are accepted. Note that an official purchase order must be sent in order for PI Manufacturing to process the order.

Pricing

PI Manufacturing offers discounted pricing to schools, governments, and corporations. Once you account has been created, you will be able to access wholesale pricing as well as other benefits, such as drop shipping and more. Pricing can be checked via phone, email, or online through your customer login information.

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, PI Manufacturing will ship out all orders via the cheapest available shipping. Our current shipping carriers involve: USPS, UPS, Fedex, Trucking and Pickup options.
