School, Government, and Corporate Purchase Orders

PI Manufacturing Corp. welcomes all School, Government, and Corporate purchase orders. Please follow the requirements below for us to efficiently process your order:

  1. Purchase orders must be received by fax or e-mail.
  2. Attachment of PO documentation is required if the purchase order is sent through e-mail.
  3. A signed credit application form and bank reference form are required if Net 30 Terms is needed.
  4. Fax all purchase orders to 909.598.1430 or e-mail your respective wholesale account representative.
