The Magnetic Door Holder is an ideal and practical solution for keeping a door open at all times. It is mounted at the wall and the armature is attached to the back of the door. There will be no door drift and thus prevent any doors with self-closing unit from being partially or fully closed. It is suitable for most types of swing door of up to 180°.

When it is de-energized, the door holder releases the door, enabling it to be fully closed so as to check the spread of smoke, heat or flames. It can be used in remote door closing applications and specially designed for easy connection to detector, sensors and alarm systems to create a simple, low cost fire protection system.
